Hello everyone,
time for another update from the CF-front!
:: THE DEAD E.P. SET FOR RELEASE! ::
Next Sunday 30.11.2008 we’ll be releasing THE DEAD E.P. on the annual Posthuis Metal Meeting. The Dead E.P. is a brand new concept-cd, built around the songs ‘In Flanders Fields’ & ‘We Are The Dead’, the theme of the First World War and the battle for freedom. As two of the four songs on this E.P. were already featured on our previous full cd, we don’t consider this E.P. as our ‘real’ new release. That honour goes to our second full cd, to be release in 2009. This E.P. is just a project we wanted to do for ourselves and by ourselves, DIY, as we found the lyrical content very striking and thought this was nice opportunity to do something special with these songs.
THE DEAD E.P. contains 4 songs;
1. In Flanders Fields (taken from ‘The True Face Of Human Nature’)
2. We Are The Dead (taken from ‘The True Face Of Human Nature’)
3. In Vlaanderens velden (previously unreleased)
4. Cordoba (previously unreleased)
The artwork was designed by Tom for Suspiria Design (http://www.myspace.com/suspiriadesign).
The E.P. can be ordered as of now by sending an email to crimsonfalls@hotmail.com and of course it’s available on our upcoming shows. We’re also setting up a small, but decent distribution to make it available in other ways as well. THE DEAD E.P. will be available soon at:
1. the Metalzone shops
2. Goodlife mailorder
3. Disobedience mailorder
4. the In Flanders Fields Museum shop
and probably some other distro’s as well.
:: NEW FULL CD ::
Meanwhile the production of our next full cd is nearly finished! Mixing is almost done, just some last details have to be changed and then it can be mastered in the beginning of December. Svencho (Avernus Studio) is finishing the artwork as we speak, so we hope to reveal more details about the new album, such as album title, tracklist, front cover & releasedate soon! Expect 11 new devastating Death Metal/Metalcore tracks, more brutal ŕnd melodic than ever before!
